Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Travel/contract assignment
Auto offer
Bi-weekly orientations

Schedule

Night shift
4x10 hours
8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Monday through Thursday
No call

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
1 year of Operating Room experience
One completed travel assignment
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date
Drivers license or state ID
2 supervisory references
Unit-specific skills checklist completed within the last year
7-year work history with no gaps over 30 days without explanation
Employment application must list active nursing license state, license number, and expiration date

Additional Notes

NIHSS may be obtained after accepting
Holiday time off requests during listed holiday periods will not be accommodated
Local candidates within 75 miles are paid less than travelers
Color blind testing is required within 12 months prior to start
Drug screening is required before start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required for new assignments starting 8/24 and later
