Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Pediatrics (2 years of experience)
- Pediatrics experience within the last year
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
- Ambulatory Care experience
- Gastroenterology experience
- Experience with Epic
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Additional Requirements
- Valid government-issued photo ID required on first day
- Background check and employment verification must be completed before start
- Two manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months
- At least 7 years of work history must be included in the application
- Skills checklist required within 1 year of start
- Must complete facility onboarding documents and required pre-start compliance items
- Must be fully available to complete compliance requirements before start

- Varicella immunity or vaccination/declination
- Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination
- Tdap within 10 years or declination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination
- Drug screen within 3 months prior to start
Certifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- NIH Stroke Certification
Orientation / Training
- Required RN onboarding modules before start
- Safe vaccine administration module required for RNs
- Vocera badge training required for inpatient RNs
