Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- ENPC certification
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Collect and assess health data
- Provide health teaching and counseling
- Provide therapy and treatment support
- Execute delegated medical functions
- Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
- Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans
- Document care according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Float to other departments as needed within scope of competency and qualifications
- Be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift if needed
