Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Apple Valley, California
• Acute care hospital setting
• High-volume, fast-paced assignment
• 212 staffed beds
• Epic charting
• GE and Toshiba equipment used

Schedule

• Must be open to all shift times; specific shift requests cannot be accommodated
• Variable schedule required
• High need for graveyard shift
• Self-schedule based on seniority
• May work weekends beyond every other weekend to meet unit needs
• Must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays
• 36 hours per week, 3x12-hour shifts
• Start times for CT: 6:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., or 5:45 p.m.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
• ARRT
• ARRT Advanced
• Community hospital experience

Assignment Details

• Can expect 30–40+ scans per 12-hour shift
• May be asked to do own transport based on staffing
• No call
• No floating between like units
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Facility may call off once every two-week pay period

• First-time travelers accepted
