• Day shift
• 5x8 hours
• 8:00–17:00

Contract

• 26 weeks
• Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatrics
• Adolescents

Clinical Setting and Float Scope

• Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF coverage
• Therapy department serves outpatients, inpatients, SNF patients, wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties
• Critical Access Hospital
• Level IV Trauma
• 46 acute care beds
• 22 LTC beds

Additional Details

• No on-call
• No weekend requirement
• No block schedule
• Epic charting
• Free parking

Housing

• Housing and a rental car/vehicle are provided during the assignment
• Housing is typically a 1-bedroom apartment
• Pets are not allowed
• Additional family members need approval
• Housing must be cleaned at departure or cleaning fees may apply
