Cath Lab Educator (RN) – Bakersfield, California
Position Overview
- Provide educational expertise for Cath Lab services.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to nursing and radiologic technologist staff.
- Oversee orientation and training within the department.
- Develop, maintain, and participate in ensuring quality patient care competencies.
- Collaborate with department leadership to plan staff needs.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts (40 hours per week).
- Every other weekend (EOW) schedule.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- First to float.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in critical care or procedural areas.
- Educational experience.
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association).
Contract Length
- 13 weeks.
