Cath Lab Educator (RN) – Bakersfield, California

Position Overview

Provide educational expertise for Cath Lab services.
Serve as a mentor and resource to nursing and radiologic technologist staff.
Oversee orientation and training within the department.
Develop, maintain, and participate in ensuring quality patient care competencies.
Collaborate with department leadership to plan staff needs.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts (40 hours per week).
Every other weekend (EOW) schedule.
No on-call responsibilities.
First to float.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in critical care or procedural areas.
Educational experience.
Certifications: ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association).

Contract Length

13 weeks.
