Required Qualifications

Current state RN license
BLS certification
ACLS certification
2 years of recent medical-surgical/telemetry experience
1 year of PCU experience
Ability to read basic telemetry strips and interpret strips
Experience with CVA and TIA
Total joint replacement experience

Additional Job Details

Must pass a dysrhythmia exam within two attempts before signing the contract
Cerner experience is recommended
No titratable drips required
May float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
Holiday coverage is expected for Christmas, New Year’s, and Thanksgiving
No call or standby requirement
Orientation: 1 shift on the unit
Dress code: Navy blue
Self-scheduling is used, with final schedules balanced by the manager
