Travel contract
13 weeks
8-hour day shifts
40 hours per week
Unit: OR
7 OR suites
15–20 cases per day

Required Qualifications

Active BLS
ACLS
California RN license
2 full years of OR experience

Preferred

Travel experience
Scrubbing for RN's

Schedule / Call

One weekend of call per month
One call night per week
30-minute call response time

Clinical Setting

High volume of ortho including total joints, general, gyn, peds, and eyes
Cardiac cases are performed, but travelers will not be put in on these cases
RT 24/7
Pharmacy is not 24/7

Additional Notes

Charge nurse available, but not 24/7
Floating: No
Scrubs are provided
Cerner Surginet is used
