Overview

• Location: Golden, Colorado
• Setting: Med/Ortho, not Step-Down
• Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts, 1900-0730
• Weekends: Yes
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Float scope: May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
• On-call: May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• Intermediate Care experience within the last year
• 1 year of Intermediate Care experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
• TNCC
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Role Summary

• Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care
• Provides therapy and treatment supportive and restorative to life and well-being
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
