Location

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

8-hour shifts
40 hours per week
Weekend coverage required: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week scheduling block
Must be willing to float to PICU, NICU, and Stepdown

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Pediatrics CVICU (1 year of experience)
Pediatrics CVICU experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
CVICU experience
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
Stepdown experience

Role Overview

Provides nursing care to hospitalized patients with a range of health problems, including:

Monitoring patient condition and physiological data
Administering medications and IV infusions/blood products
Documenting patient responses and changes in orders
Assisting physicians with examinations and minor procedures
Coordinating care with patients, families, and support staff
