Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NBRC

Experience Requirements

• Application must include 3 years of prior work history
• At least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment

Submission Requirements

• All work history must be included in the profile
• Copies of required certifications must be included with submission
• Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Transcript or diploma
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
• Background check
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
• Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
• Fit mask within 12 months of start
• Negative TB screening within 6 months of start
• Drug screen within 12 months of start
• Immunization/documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and flu season requirements
• I9/E-Verify attestation
• Online training modules before start
• Badge pickup from the facility before start

• May be required to communicate requested time off and scheduling needs during submission and interview
• Must be able to complete onboarding requirements before start
