Overview

What you can expect from this role

  • A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with rotating weekends
  • Freedom to work independently and schedule appointments around your patients' needs, with the understanding that patient care remains the top priority and communication with leadership is maintained
  • Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting their well-being.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing program

Experience

  • 2 years' experience

Certifications

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
