Schedule

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Shifts per Week: 5
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / as needed
Call: None
Floating: Required

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Previous behavioral health (BH) experience required.
Experience caring for adult, pediatric (ages 5–17), and geriatric patients.
Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric populations.
Ability to assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, evaluate responses to treatment, and coordinate discharge planning.
Experience with Cerner is relevant to the facility's charting system.

Required Documents & Certifications

Current Massachusetts RN license.
BLS certification.
