Ultrasound Tech - General

Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Dallas, Texas
13-week contract
Night shift: 4x10 hours, 20:30–7:00
Locals allowed
General Ultrasound Tech role

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARDMS

Certifications

BLS
CPR
ACLS
PALS
NRP

Health Documents

Physical exam required prior to start and annually thereafter
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required within 10 years of start or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
TB questionnaire required annually
Rubeola (Measles) documentation required
Mumps documentation required
Rubella documentation required
Hepatitis B documentation required
Varicella documentation required
Drug testing required prior to first assignment
Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
