RN may float to other Units to assist if neededPer Diem: Ability to work weekdays & weekends - no weekly guaranteeCOVID Vaccination & Booster encouraged, but declinations accepted & may be covid tested 2x/week at traveler/agency costPOSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWrite initial nursing histories, assess patients' conditions, develop individual care plans, and evaluate outcomes of patient care according to accepted standards of practice; consult with other specialists as required and adjust nursing care process as necessary.Document patient care from admission through discharge incorporating the Nursing Process.Administer and document medications with a thorough knowledge of types, dosages, drug interactions and incompatibilities.Practice safety measures in all activities associated with patient care.Support the mission and vision of ARMC. Consistently practice excellent customer service.Teach, delegate, and direct both professional and non-professional nursing staff and interpret the needs of each patient to all persons participating in patient care.Maintain current knowledge relating to new developments and therapeutic measures for total patient care.Participate in the development of nursing policies and procedures and Quality Assurance activities. Follow all Nursing Departmental and Administrative Operations manual policies and procedures.Serve as patient advocate.Attend department in-services and staff development programs.Initiate emergency measures such as Code Blue and Code Red.Maintain and protect all patients’ rights to privacy and confidentiality.Perform related duties as assigned or requested.

I worked a while ago for Tact. I have no idea why there are bad reviews but they are amazing!!! Gaudy deserves such a great recognition for her work and placing me in the epicenter of the pandemic and doing her job amazingly! She was also promoted. Gina recruiter is so nice, good , caring and understanding. I love them the company I just wasn’t able to do a travel job again at the time they were helping me again in 2022/3 but they are great to work for and with!
