Summary
WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a travel position in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) located in Voorhees, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support couplet care practices and participate in family-centered care initiatives.
- Float to different hospitals within the network as required by staffing needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in a Level III NICU setting.
- Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation is required.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (must not expire within 30 days of assignment start date).
- Ability to work every other weekend and one winter and one summer holiday.
- Navy blue scrubs required for duty.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
