Opportunity:
RN - Inpatient Rehab
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts with shift times of 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Cyclic self-scheduling with weekend requirement of at minimum every 3rd weekend
• Holiday requirement of at minimum 2 holidays per contract
• No on-call or standby requirement
• Patient ratios of 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights
• 35-bed Inpatient Rehab unit serving adult and geriatric patients
• Common diagnoses include stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, brain injury, critical illness, and neurological diseases such as MS and Parkinson's
• Nurse aides and patient care techs available on unit at a ratio of 1:10-15
• Charge nurse present on each shift
• Floating to MedSurg may be required
• Administer antibiotics, anticoagulation, and antiplatelet drips at set rates (no titration required)
• Charting system: EPIC
• Classroom orientation plus 2 twelve-hour shifts of unit-specific orientation provided
• Required certification: BLS
• Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Must maintain a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, organization, teamwork, innovative problem solving, compassion, and integrity

The facility supports a collaborative and patient-centered care environment, with charge nurses on every shift and ancillary support staff available to assist nursing teams.
