At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Crisis RNs strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Are you a nurse who can easily manage emergent situations?  And someone who loves mentoring others to help develop their critical thinking skills?  Then our Crisis RN role might just be the position you've been searching for!

When skills are not needed for crisis situations, the Crisis RN will round in all units on patients requiring closer monitoring, or those recently transferred out of Critical Care. They will also provide in-time teaching and build relationships throughout the hospital as they make their rounds. They work closely with multiple teams with the goal of providing early intervention to avoid emergency situations.

Why a Crisis RN"I love this mentoring aspect of the crisis nurse role.  Being a part of the crisis nurse team is the most fun I've had in my 23-year nursing career, and feel blessed to be able to help patients in this way." ~St. Luke's Crisis RN
