Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in operating rooms and cross train to Endoscopy.
• Utilize Baxter pumps and robotic systems including DaVinci, Phillips, and Dynomap.
• Assist in surgical procedures covering general, ortho, neuro, vascular, ENT, and more.
• Participate in call rotation: one weekday night call every 4 weeks and one weekend call per contract.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC charting system.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and professional standards, including ACLS for modern sedation.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to submit for this role.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in all areas of the operating room.
• Familiarity with robotic and modern surgical equipment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operating room teams.
• Commitment to patient-centered care in an acute care setting.
