Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing imaging examinations on patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric individuals. This role contributes to the efficient operation of the department and ensures high quality and continuity of patient care. Utilizing specialized training in imaging modalities, the CT Technologist provides excellent patient care and may also take on receptionist or clerical duties as needed.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program with dedicated CT training preferred or current registration with ARRT may be accepted in lieu.
• Current registration with ARRT (R)(CT) or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS certification is necessary.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduation experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform CT angiography studies, including PE chest, CTA head, CTA neck, and CTA abdomen with lower extremity run-off is preferred.
• Experience in utilizing radiography and computed tomography equipment is required, with Siemens and Fuji experience preferred.

Additional Information

Housing is provided in shared units; private housing is not available, and pets are not allowed. Travel arrangements including airfare are initially paid by the candidate or agency and will be reimbursed upon arrival. Candidates must submit flight itinerary information at least one week in advance to ensure proper scheduling of New Employee Orientation, which occurs every Tuesday and Wednesday. Please note that returning travelers will not be picked up.
