Description
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts)
Highlights:
- Specialty focus on peripheral blood transplant and cellular therapy for patients with hematologic malignancies
- Manageable caseload of 8+ patients across various phases of the transplant process, from candidate identification through post-transplant care
- No call, float, or weekend requirements – excellent work-life balance
- 12-week contract with 40 hours of comprehensive orientation and ongoing support
- Epic charting system with interdisciplinary team collaboration
- First-time travelers accepted; opportunity to work autonomously in a supportive clinic environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Hematology/Oncology experience required
- Navigator or Case Manager experience required
- BLS certification required; Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC) preferred
- Experience in both acute hospital and outpatient clinic settings
- Proficiency in pre-transplant evaluation, clinical assessment, and care coordination
- Strong skills in patient/family education, transplant protocols, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Epic charting system experience required
- Ability to interpret lab results, diagnostic tests, and manage waitlist criteria
