Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Hematology/Oncology experience required
• Navigator or Case Manager experience required
• BLS certification required; Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC) preferred
• Experience in both acute hospital and outpatient clinic settings
• Proficiency in pre-transplant evaluation, clinical assessment, and care coordination
• Strong skills in patient/family education, transplant protocols, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Epic charting system experience required
• Ability to interpret lab results, diagnostic tests, and manage waitlist criteria
