Description
Start Date: September 22, 2026
Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (typically concludes earlier). Some flexibility with hours based on patient scheduling needs.
Highlights:
- Join a busy chemotherapy infusion unit providing critical oncology care
- Administer intravenous chemotherapy drugs and various IV therapies to oncology patients
- Work with Cerner EMR and Intellidose (TxM) systems
- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment patient care including assessment, monitoring, and side effect management
- Access ports and establish peripheral IV access for lab draws and infusion therapies
- Extended weekend with early finish on Fridays
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Indiana
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- ACLS (AHA) certification required
- Chemotherapy certification strongly preferred
- Previous chemotherapy infusion experience highly desired
- Experience with Cerner and Intellidose systems is a significant plus
- Ability to operate infusion equipment and monitor patients during treatment
