Job Title
CT / X-Ray Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)
Location
Walla Walla, WA
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging and X-ray procedures during weekday night shifts at a short-term acute care Level III Trauma Center
- Operate independently after midnight as the sole technologist on shift, managing both CT and X-ray duties
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and adhere to established imaging protocols and safety standards
- Document and chart patient imaging information accurately using Epic EMR
- Float within the facility as needed to support departmental coverage
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State license in CT and X-ray technology (required at time of submission)
- Proficiency in both CT imaging and general X-ray procedures
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with Epic EMR charting system
- Availability to commit to a Monday–Thursday block schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a trauma center or acute care hospital setting
- Travel contract experience with demonstrated compliance and scheduling flexibility
- Familiarity with multi-modality imaging workflows in a low-staffing overnight environment
