Job Title
CT Tech - Radiology Unit (CT/Rad Tech)
Location
Satanta, KS
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4 days / 10 hours, Monday – Thursday | On-call: Monday, Tuesday, and 2 weekends per rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging using a 64-slice Siemens CT machine
- Operate and perform diagnostic imaging in an x-ray room using portable x-ray equipment and C-arm
- Conduct DEXA bone density scans using a Norland DEXA machine
- Document and chart patient imaging data using Cerner electronic health records system
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned, including designated weekdays and weekends
Required Qualifications
- Active Kansas State (KSBHA) Radiology license required at time of submission
- ARRT certification required at time of submission
- AHA BLS certification required
- Hands-on experience with Siemens imaging equipment
- Experience with CT imaging (64-slice), portable x-ray, C-arm, and DEXA scanning
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Formal CT certification in addition to general radiology credentials
- Prior experience charting in Cerner
