Very nice new facility. Overall a great experience as a case manager. Culture of the floor can be improved as it is quite negative.

Patient ratios are very tough. 1:7 everyday and it feels like all I do is pass medications all day and have no time to chart. I’ve worked at many places and this place has cnas and staff that just don’t have good work ethic. As an RN, be prepared to do bed changes and do everything for the patient as if you were doing it all by yourself.
