Quiet Town

Emar system was outdated but the people were great to work with. I enjoyed my time there. Patient ratios 1:8, security on site, it's a freestanding psych facility. Adults only no adolescents.

Always, ALWAYS tripled in the ICU. Dangerous staffing, acuity never taken into consideration when creating assignments.
