Pros
New hospital, nice and small.
Cons
Management sucks, lack of team work, lot of drama! Charge nurse gets a whole assignment, no training for new charge nurses and they just pay $1.00 additional for being in charge. Staff pay is horrible! They deduct a lot of money from your check in deductions.
