Pros

Solid orientation process, in depth EPIC training, staff is superb. Facility organized, well-stocked, schedule runs smoothly. Support staff is great.

Cons

Champaign/Urbana is not near a major airport, need to drive to Chicago or Indiapolis to fly anywhere.
