As a traveler, you’ll always be in what they refer to as “trash pod” which is essentially the hallway with all the feeder/growers. I constantly had 4 babies, rarely 3. The only place you will float is PICU which is one floor up and the good thing about that is if they don’t have an appropriate baby assignment for you then they won’t float anyone. I worked 48/wk so it was a headache, I’d go back if the money was good, I’d never go back for junk pay, even though it’s close to home, because you will be working hard for your money.
