Pros
Free Parking, Security escorts you to your parking spot if you’re leaving late at night (midshift) no matter what because the neighborhood is sketchy, Decent cafeteria serving homestyle meals at reasonable prices.
Cons
Patient population is challenging, the hospital has financial issues so you never know if you’re getting cut, nurses have a lot responsibility and have to micro manage the doctors more than any other assignment I’ve ever had (and I’ve been around).
