Pros

Traveler friendly…very helpful staff at Swain and Harris. The CNO and managers are all fantastic and help facilitate a great working environment. The outdoor activities in the area are amazing. Ended up moving to the area permanently.

Cons

The pay is appropriate for western North Carolina.
