Friendly helpful coworkers, smaller unit so everything is easy to locate and manage. Very accommodating with time off, and surrounding area has so much to see and do.
Cons
Call schedule is easy to plan out, but can feel very frequent. Can occasionally get light on the scheduled cases, but if you like extra time off, it’s perfect. High tourist area, so traffic can sometimes be tricky for late afternoon/evening call backs.
