Staffing ratio 1:23, nurses do everything, very high injury rate on both staff and patients, admin threatens not to call authorities, no choice to voice comfort level taking on ungodly amounts of patients it is a must, Daily staff needs extreme, no administration, turn over rate 285%, no support, pay is horrible AND CARRY SAFE HARBOR FORMS AT ALL TIMES.
