Your Role in the Unit: Provide expert care for patients with acute ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury (TBI), status epilepticus, and post-neurosurgical recovery.Perform frequent neurological assessments, monitor for signs of deterioration, and intervene rapidly to prevent secondary brain injury.Manage advanced therapies, including ventilators, continuous EEG, and vasoactive medications.Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, rehabilitation expectations, and recovery pathways.
