Lots of travelers so you can have a buddy

Ratios are rough for types of patients, nurses do all the work, don't know why they pay cna's to be there, schedule is hit and miss and they cancel the max times that they can. Also, they give travelers the heavy loads.

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
