Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take.    They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long.  Select buying out Acuity was a shame.  It used to be a great place to work.  There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.

 <li>Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit</li>
 <li>Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment</li>
 <li>Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems</li>
 <li>Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry</li>
 <li>Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately</li>
 <li>Competence in Rapid Response and code events</li>
 <li>Instruct and counsel patients/families</li>
 <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
 
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License </li>
 <li>BLS is required at hire. </li>
 <li>ACLS is required within 6 months of hire</li>
