Cons
Nurses & Rts are put in bad situations that can compromise their license. Management does not support employees. Management typically hires certain types of people and if you are not in that group it is not easy to get along with everyone. Understaffed often large workload. Would definitely not want to work here again

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
