<h3>Job Summary</h3>The Clinical NPD Educator Advanced is an expert nursing education specialist responsible for driving professional competence, continuous learning, and practice excellence across the organization. This role leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based educational programs using an advanced systems model, aligned with the ANPD Practice Model and organizational goals. The Educator partners with staff and leadership to translate evidence into high-quality, safe patient care and advance the Nursing Professional Practice Model.<h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Program Leadership: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments (analyzing regulatory, clinical, and safety data) to identify practice gaps. Design, implement, and evaluate educational plans, curricula (e.g., onboarding, competency programs), and resources, applying advanced adult learning principles and calculating ROI.</li><li>Consultation &amp; Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to staff, leaders, and interprofessional teams to improve practice and outcomes. Act as a Change Agent, supporting shared governance, performance improvement, and mentoring other nurses and educators.</li><li>Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) &amp; Innovation: Champion the integration of EBP, nursing research, and quality improvement.
