Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will work day shifts for 36-48 hours per week and must possess experience with Epic systems. Nurses will be required to float between Medical Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required as per policy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is also required as per policy.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additional responsibilities may include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to healthcare providers.
• Participating in patient education and support.
