Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Pre Op
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 5 days per week
• On-call requirement: 1-2 call nights per week from end of shift until 10:00 PM
• No weekend requirement
• Floating to other units as needed
• Nurse to patient ratio of 2:1
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code: Pewter scrubs
• Blocked scheduling accommodated
• Required licenses and certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or compact state license, BLS certification from AHA, ACLS certification from AHA
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to assigned population
• Conduct initial patient assessments and establish care priorities
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Perform point of care testing procedures
• Document timely interventions and evaluate care plans
• Must be graduate of accredited nursing program
• New nurses with two or less years of experience hired at CN I status

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
