RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work varied day shifts: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (5x8 schedule)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• 2:1 patient ratio
• Must have 2+ years of Pre-Op, Post-Op and PACU RN experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
• Virginia State License or Compact license required
• Work with patients of all ages and co-morbidities
• Scrubs will be provided by facility
• Must adhere to facility dress code policy
• No float requirements

This medical center features a comprehensive Surgi Center with a dedicated PACU unit providing pre-operative and post-operative care services. The facility utilizes Epic EMR system and maintains a 2:1 patient ratio to ensure quality patient care. The organization serves patients of all ages with various co-morbidities and provides necessary equipment and scrubs for staff members.
