RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Provide emergency nursing care for high and low acuity ED patients
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1
• Perform medication administration, care for critical patients, and lab procedures
• Must be able to care for critically ill patients
• ED nursing experience required
• ENPC certification preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Must be able to work both independently and with team
• Work with GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
• Navy blue scrubs required
• No floating to other units
• Work in 8-bed emergency department facility

This healthcare organization operates a freestanding emergency department that provides comprehensive emergency medical services to the community. The facility features an 8-bed emergency department with modern GE equipment and utilizes Meditech EMR systems. The department maintains appropriate staffing levels with RNs and EMTs working collaboratively to deliver quality patient care for both high and low acuity emergency cases.
