RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend schedule with no on-call requirement
• 2 years of hospital experience required
• Must have active compact nursing license at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
• Preferred certifications: CEN, CPEN, TCRN
• Previous 2 years ED experience required
• Experience in FSED (Freestanding Emergency Department) environment preferred
• Work in full service emergency department with 11 beds and 16 staff members
• Patient ratios vary throughout shifts
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Float to Portsmouth ED and Seabrook ED locations as needed
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Must demonstrate independent, autonomous, critical thinking skills and adaptability
• Strong clinical and relational attributes supporting optimal patient care experience required
