Description
Opportunity:
RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 3 twelve-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Call shifts required: 6-10 shifts per schedule (8-12 days per month depending on the month)
• 30-minute response time required for call shifts
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
• Holiday coverage based on unit needs and worked into rotation
• Level I trauma experience required; will consider busy Level II experience
• Arizona nursing license required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Work in 3 main cath lab rooms plus 1 EP lab and 1 hybrid room (vascular & cardiac cases)
• Handle 10-25 cases per day focusing on circulating duties (no scrubbing required)
• 2-day floor-specific orientation provided
• Use Cerner and Xper EMR systems
• Work with Phillips and Siemens equipment and Phillips telemetry
• Common procedures include interventional cardiology, EP lab, peripherals, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Charge nurse responsibilities included

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
