Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with self-scheduling available
• Handle 8-12 cases per day on average across 3 suites/labs
• Float between IR, cath lab, and EP lab as needed
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Fluoro certification
• Must have RCIS or ARRT certification depending on staffing needs
• Weekend call required every other weekend from 3:30 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday
• Evening weekday call may be required from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM with 30-minute response time
• Call team consists of one nurse and 2 technologists
• Holiday call required with option to work holidays
• Scrubs provided by facility
• One week facility-specific orientation typically provided
• Common cases include venous placement, port-a-cath, fistula procedures, L & R cardiac catheterizations, STEMI cases, ICD/pacemaker procedures, carotid and peripheral interventions, and EP lab ablations
• 2 years of experience required with travel experience preferred
• EP lab experience preferred for travelers
• Use Cerner EMR system and Xper equipment

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
