Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Perform MRI studies following established protocols set by Radiologists
• Operate MRI scanner to produce images of consistent optimal quality
• Prepare scan room and equipment as appropriate for procedures
• Position patients, coils, and equipment as required for optimal imaging
• Maintain communication with patients throughout scanning procedures
• American Registry of Radiologists (ARRT) MR certification required within 2 years from date of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program required
• 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist required
• 1 year experience as a MRI Technologist preferred
• Registered Technologist (R) license required
• Basic Life Support certification preferred
• Registered Technologist (R) (MR) certification preferred
