Opportunity:

RN - ED ER

Job Details:

• Work mid-shift schedule from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
• Floating to other units required
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred
• Required to wear navy blue scrubs
• Must have 2+ years of Emergency Department experience with some pediatric experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Work with patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics
• Handle common diagnoses including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Operate specialty equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
• Work in 64-bed emergency department with 2 triage areas, 40 acute care beds, 6 super track beds, 2 trauma rooms, 10 CDU beds, and 6 psychiatric beds
• Required certifications: Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (must be in hand)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active New York nursing license required with NURSYS verification
