Opportunity:

CT Tech - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• No call responsibilities required
• 8-week assignment duration
• Must have experience with both CT and X-ray procedures
• Work with Siemens Somatom Perspective CT scanner
• Associates Degree or higher preferred
• Valid New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiography required
• Valid New York State license to inject contrast material preferred (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in X-ray required
• Knowledge of CT and radiologic standards, requirements and regulations
• Knowledge of radiologic safety, cleanliness and infection control policies
• Proficient computer skills and electronic medical record experience required
• Must maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Provide customer service oriented care with a positive attitude and teamwork approach
