RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 8-week assignment starting May 11th
• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
• Floating to other units required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg/Oncology required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: Current AHA BLS, NIHSS, Chemo Certification
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS verification
• Work with specialty equipment including IV pumps, NG tubes, chest tubes, and specialty beds
• Care for adult patients (18 years and older) in a 56-bed unit
• Handle common diagnoses including cancer, oncology, hematology, ESRD, diabetes, GI conditions, abdominal pain, dermatology, and general medicine
• Unit covers oncology, hematology, nephrology, endocrine, GI, dermatology, and general medicine
