RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
• Floating to other units required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 2+ years of medical surgical experience required
• Travel experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Active New York RN license required with NURSYS verification
• Skills checklist matching specialty required
• Provide post-surgical care for patients with various conditions including abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, back pain, and morbid obesity (bariatric surgery)
• Work with specialty equipment including IV pumps, nasogastric tubes, and feeding tubes
• Care for adult patient population
• RTO (Return to Offer) documentation required at time of submission
