RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 4x12 schedule (four 12-hour shifts per week)
• Floating to other units required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU required
• Travel experience documented
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Critical Care Course/ECCO (ACCN)
• Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS verification
• Care for patients with common diagnoses including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo systems
• Manage patients on chronic ventilators with respiratory therapy assistance
• Serve adult patient population (18+ years)
• Work in 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds
• Block scheduling availability but not guaranteed
